Promptmule – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is designed to help you understand how Working Animals AI, Inc DBA PromptMule.com (“PromptMule,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) enables refunds by way of our Refund Policy. This Refund Policy applies to all customers who subscribe to or purchase our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings. By initiating a subscription, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within seven (7) days from the start date of the subscription.
  • There have been significant issues or defects with our SaaS offering that we cannot address or rectify within a reasonable timeframe.
  1. Free Trial

We offer a limited free trial for our SaaS offering:

  • No billing details are required to initiate the free trial.
  • Once the trial concludes, the service will automatically pause.
  • Customers will have the option to upgrade to a paid account. If chosen, the subscription starts immediately.
  • Trial data will be retained for a period of 30 days from the end of the trial. If no action is taken by the customer to upgrade within this timeframe, the saved data will be subject to deletion at the discretion of the PromptMule Operations Team.
  1. Processing Refunds
  • Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within ten (10) business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If this isn’t feasible, we’ll arrange an alternative solution.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

While the main SaaS subscription can be refunded under the conditions mentioned, certain additional services, features, or add-ons may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase or subscription. Customers are advised to review such information diligently before committing.

  1. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy as required. Any changes will be immediately effective upon posting on our platform. Regularly reviewing the policy is the customer’s responsibility.
